1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement is a Public Offer Agreement (in accordance with Article 633, 641 and Ch. 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), its terms are the same for all buyers, regardless of status (natural person, legal entity, natural person - entrepreneur).

2.3. Buyer-an individual who has reached the age of eighteen, receives information from the online store, places orders and buys goods presented on the website of the online store, for purposes not related to business activities, or legal entity/natural person-entrepreneur .
2.4. 2.7. PERSONAL CABINET - SPACE ON THE SITE, ACCESS TO WHICH THE BUYER HAS ACCOMPANYING, IN WHICH HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HISTORY OF HISTORY IS CONCERNED.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. This Agreement determines the order of interaction and conditions of providing online store services to the buyer, based on his aspirations, desires and opportunities to use the services of sale of goods on behalf, on behalf of and at the expense of the buyer, and their delivery, as well as on the desire of the online store to provide the buyer INFORMATION THAT INTERESTS HIM TO SELL GOODS.

4.4. THE BUYER UNDERTAKES TO PROVIDE ACCORDING TO REALITY, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT HIMSELF. THE ONLINE STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY AND CORRECTNESS OF THE INFORMATION THAT REMAINS WITH THE BUYER WHEN REGISTERING AND DEFINES IT.
4.5. AFTER REGISTRATION ON THE BUYER'S WEBSITE, THEY HAVE ACCESS TO THE PERSONAL CABINET.
4.6. THE BUYER UNDERTAKES NOT TO RELEASE THE ACCESS PARAMETERS SPECIFIED AT REGISTRATION TO THIRD PARTIES. In the event of a buyer suspicion of unauthorized use by third parties of such parameters, the buyer undertakes to immediately inform the online store by sending an email to buckcofferoasters@gmail.com.
4.7. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS CARRIED OUT ON AND ON BEHALF OF IT ON THE SITE UNDER HIS ACCOUNT.
4.8. The online store has the right to refuse the buyer to use the services of an online store, if the latter will have reason to believe that the buyer has indicated false data, as well as subject to dishonesty (for example, violation of the terms of this contract, or others).

5. ORDERING PROCEDURE

6. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

6.1. The buyer pays for the goods sold by the online store, and also undertakes to reimburse the actual expenses of the online store for the execution of the buyer's order, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the contract of attorney.
6.2. The total cost of the order, which includes the full cost of goods, services of the online store and reimbursement of the actual costs of the buyer's assignment, is equal to the amount to be paid and indicated on the site during registration and at the time of placement of the order.

7. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

9.6. IF THE BUYER DOES NOT WANT THE ONLINE STORE TO CONTINUE TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA, THE BUYER SHOULD APPLY FOR A REQUEST. IN THIS TIME, THE BUYER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE ONLINE STORE.
9.7. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING HIS PERSONAL DATA IN THE CURRENT STATE. THE ONLINE STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POOR QUALITY PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH NON-ACTUALITY IN PRINCIPALITY OF INF.

10. INFORMATION MESSAGES

11.3. THE BUYER HAS NO RIGHT TO USE THE MATERIALS POSTED ON THE SITE, SUCH AS: TO MAKE CHANGES, PUBLISH, TRANSMITT TO THIRD PARTIES AND IN PARTICIPATIONS

12. OTHER CONDITIONS

12.1. THIS AGREEMENT IS CONCLUDED ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE AND IS SUBJECT TO THE MATERIAL LAW OF UKRAINE.
12.2. INVALIDITY OF ANY POINT OR PART OF THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT LEAD TO INVALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT IN GENERAL.
12.3. ALL DISPUTES ARISING BETWEEN A BUYER AND AN ONLINE STORE ARE RESOLVED THROUGH NEGOTIATIONS. IN CASE OF FAILURE TO ACHIEVE THE SETTLEMENT OF THE DISPUTED ISSUE, THE BUYER OR THE ONLINE STORE MAY APPLY FOR A RESOLUTION OF THE DISPUTE CONCLUSION IN THE COURT OF LAW.
